Job Responsibilities:
- Hands on Experience in Vendor management, review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
- Identify business requirements for goods, materials, and services
- Hands on Experience in office Administration, facilities, guests and Asset management
- Supervision of all activity related to occupancy, construction, relocation & renovation of company’s building.
- Project manage the new facility from start till occupancy
- Manage business travel end to end travel plans pan India efficiently and cost effectively – airlines, trains, transport, and hotels.
- Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases, create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers, Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Manage and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, estimating price options for goods, materials, and services
- Prepares work force schedule of all skilled workers who are assigned to the facility
- Manage team across locations
- Prepares & review cost estimates, conducts meeting with contractors prior to & during constructions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any graduate with 8+ years of relevant experience handling team.
- Good communication skills Good in time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at the same time
- Flexible team player and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
